Orders over $99 ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $99 ship for a flat $9.95.

Standard items

Most equipment and supplies leave a distribution center within 1–2 business days and arrive in 2–5 business days. You'll get tracking by email.

Freight items

Beds, patient lifts and lift chairs ship by freight truck in 5–10 business days. The carrier calls you to schedule a delivery window. Delivery is curbside unless you arrange room-of-choice delivery with us.

Inspect on arrival

Check freight boxes before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and call us within 48 hours so we can file a claim.
